Description:

The conference will feature keynote remarks from renowned economist and former Governor of the Reserve Bank of India, Raghuram Rajan, on dealing with COVID-19 induced corporate distress, as well as Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Masatsugu Asakawa who will discuss ADB’s policy response to COVID-19 and priorities going forward. Other conference highlights will include the findings of new surveys on COVID-19’s impacts on the region’s micro, small and medium enterprises and households. It will also feature insights from leading experts on digitalization as a recovery driver, macroeconomic impacts and policy options, next steps for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, and more.
